Stamford Connecticut Vacation | Hurricane Sandy | 10.26 - 11.01.2012

My mission was to view CT area in the fall. I missed it last yr so this yr i was determine to make the journey! Boy- did i get more than that!!!

I experienced just Endless colors! A safe peaceful home feeling! Great food! Lots of country roads that just never ended! Homes that were just 2 cute! Different Cultures 4 sure! the State Parks were just colorful and so peaceful! 2 hear the leaves fall upon me was priceless! The leaves falling off the tall trees looked like rain coming down from the sky!

Then- then i was suppose to fly out Monday 29th from White Plains but got canceled. Tues was the next flight out...it got canceled due to hurricane sandy - thankgoodness i was in good hands with Jorge and Heidy! I did experienced the full Storm...the evacuation mode. High winds. Strong Rains. Power outage for 4days but we did have running water. One warm meal per day. Charging our devices at every chance we got and we were able to view the aftermath of the storm.

Finally....I was able to fly out on a thursday 11.01.12 and yep- there were delays in the skies- it was a long day - i was so exhausted....

Overall, i had a great and safe journey - Can't wait 2 visit again!

Banff National Park, Alberta Canada Trip!

Good day everyone!

The outdoor photography life in July + August are slow for me due to the HOT summers in Austin, so I'm blessed to travel and very thankful 2 my full-time IT job!

This weekend, I drift off to Banff NP this weekend for 5 days! I have planned this trip for about a yr and I'm bubbly excited that my heart is exhausted of being so overwhelmed! Meditation and exercising  have kept me calm so far, lol.  So, stay tune for those post card images!!!
